Returns Policy We do not accept returns on one-of-a-kind items as these are individual works of art and not reproducible. Returns on original hand painted items are final sales. All one-of-a-kind items are well represented in images and descriptions.

We will pay the return shipping costs on any other item if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If for any other reason you wish to return an item, please Contact Us us and we will address your concerns on an individual basis.  We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

Shipping Signs and Prints usually ship within 12 business days, Hand Painted Decor and Paintings within 7 business days. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. We will included shipping insurance in the price of your shipping and great care is taken in the packaging of your purchases but occasionally items may be damaged in transit. If you receive an item that has been damaged you  must file a claim with the carrier and  follow up as most services will need to pickup the damaged package. The shipping service is responsible for refunding the customer for damage claims. Once a claim has been submitted the shipping service will pick up the package from your home and the claim will be paid in approximately 10 business days. All shipping services REQUIRE that you retain the original packaging and box for their inspection and processing of your claim. Please keep all original packaging intact and with your item for pick up. Failure to do so may result in your claim being rejected.
